Carbamate Mixer

La Meccanica Padana manufactures the complete Mixer for carbamate.

Carbamate Mixers are equipment manufactured in different types of materials in according to customer's specifications and they are used for combining elements needed for the production of Urea. This equipment can be manufactured according different requirements or drawings and dimensions.

They are used to mix different fluids together. When Urea solution is injected into the hot exhaust gas, the mixer assures an effective evaporation and mixing of the two components, leading to ammonia uniformity values.

The Mixer is one of the critical points of the entire process and for this reason have to be tested to grant its performance and safety. La Meccanica Padana is also able to  manage all technical aspects regarding this point. 

Control processes are performed by internal personnel (e.g. Liquid penetrant or magnetic test according to type of material, Radiographic examination of butt welds and Hydraulic Test).
