Welded Assembly

La Meccanica Padana manufactures WELDED ASSEMBLIES and equipments according to customers' requirements.

Products are calculated in according to ASME VIII B31.3 or to client's specifications. The company carries out a strict control on materials performing Non Destructive Tests (e.g. Ultrasonic Test, Penetrant Test and also Magnetic Test for products in Carbon Steel) and heat treatments.

La Meccanica Padana is able to comply with most of technical specifications and perform Mechanicals Tests, chenical analysis, Huey tests etc. dealing with external approved laboratories.

Welded assemblies are manufactured in line with project specifications in all type of materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys, Duplex/Super Duplex, Urea Grades, Titanium.

Welding operators of LMP are qualified and work only according to qualified welding procedures.

INJECTION QUILLS

Injection Quills are used to inject a chemical product in a flow. By reaching the center of the flow, Injection Quills assure a homogeneous mixing of components.

It is possible to add a Spray Nozzle to a quill in order to distribure a specific quantity of fluid. This can be done in order to provide more accurate control and more efficient mixing over the entire process.

Welds are 100% radiographic tested.

DRIP RINGS with FLANGED BRANCH/WELDOFLANGE

Drip Rings are circular, as a ring, with one or two holes. They may have one or two branches, based on the application for which they are made for.

For this reason, Drip Rings with flanged branches are designed for connecting instruments (e.g. thermowell, pressure gauge) or to allow the drainage of condensate.

JACKETED ASSEMBLIES

Jacketed Assemblies are composed by two pipes one inside the other creating between them a fluid-circulating chamber with the purpose of spreading a fluid at a certain temperature.

The smaller pipe contains a fluid of a certain temperature and by introducing another fluid in the cavity between the two pipes it allows to increase the temperature of the main fluid.

The jacketed assemblies usually end with a flange.

SPRAY NOZZLE ASSEMBLIES

Spray Nozzles are considered as a precision device that may be assembled with a quill and also inside or at the end of a mixer.

The scope of the Spray Nozzle is to spray and ensure quick and uniform mixing of a fluid into the main fluid of the pipeline.

There are different types of sprayers with different nozzle flow rates and spraying pressure.

Spray Nozzles are manufactured in accordance with customers' specifications such as spray angle, spray coverage operating press, form of the jet (full cone, flat spray nozzle, etc.) and any other requirement.
